Accounts are prepared for you on an annual basis and copied to you for approval.

The figures used to compile the accounts are then included in your Tax Return.

Thorough consideration is given to all tax allowable deductions. Combined with the optimum use of Capital Allowances, this helps reduce your liability to both Income Tax and Class 4 National Insurance.

Detailed comparisons are made with your previous year's accounts figures and any significant changes in either your income or expenditure are fully explained to HM Revenue and Customs. 

Unexplained changes may give HMRC the chance to query a particular item which could then lead to a full investigation. We therefore feel that it is imperative that this process is carried out.
